Lyric Brown: 21-Year-Old Baltimore Mom Found Dead In Street
Just after 1 a.m. Saturday, July 10, 2021, Baltimore County police officers got a call about a woman lying in an intersection. Officers found the body of Lyric Brown, 21, in the road. She has a 2-year-old daughter.
Lyric Brown, 21, was a young mother who made it her mission to care for her 2-year-old daughter.
The Baltimore County, Maryland, woman was known for making those around her laugh, her sister told local media.

When officers arrived, they found Brown’s body in the middle of the road. She had been shot in the upper body, according to WMAR TV in Baltimore.
Now police are hunting for her killer.
"We’re talking about a 21-year-old who was found in the middle of the road, unconscious, shot in the upper body, who died as a result of the injuries so if anyone does have information that might help detectives solve this case, we certainly want to hear from you," said Joy Steward, Baltimore County police spokesperson.
