Shamaya Dickerson: 21-Year-Old Woman Shot Dead At Ohio AirBnb Party
Shamaya Dickerson was shot to death at an Airbnb party in Columbus, Ohio in the early morning of Sunday, January 10, 2021. Police are asking the public for help in solving her murder.
Shamaya Dickerson of Columbus, Ohio, was attending a party at an Airbnb rental when gunshots rang out, ending her 21 years on this Earth.
The Nashville, Tennessee native was with other people at a party, but police have not been able to get the information they need to make an arrest.
Two other young adults were injured in the shooting, which occurred early Sunday, January 10, 2021, in the Merian Village section of Columbus.
The incident report compiled by responding officers lists three victims, with two of them taken to a nearby hospital. Another victim didn’t make it.
“Officers were able to find three victims from the shooting. Victim #1, Shamaya Dickerson, was pronounced at scene at 4:22am by CFD EMS,” the report said.
Authorities say they have no motive in the shooting and they have not revealed whether people at the party have cooperated with them.
